We don’t get carried away with Fathers Day and Mothers Day preferring smaller handmade gifts, a bunch of flowers or something the children have bought with their pocket money. I encourage them to be thoughtful and help out around the house even more on those days to give mum or dad a break.
This month I having been working with Truprint on their personalised present ideas. These suited me down to the ground and I have had great fun making dad some personalised gifts. The children obviously helped by picking out some of their favourite photos. The things we choose to turn the photo’s into included keyrings and coasters.
We had a holiday to Florida last year and therefore we used some of those images to make unique gifts.
The children will now have a present for their dad that hasn’t cost too much but comes with lots of love. The process is really simple and it even tells you if the photo you select is not good enough quality. This happened with photo’s I had taken on Instagram. Once we stuck to iphone or camera photos we didn’t have a problem with the resolution.
The keyring only cost £2.99
Coaster (6) £14.99
When making personalised cards you can include text and change the colours. The only thing that took the children a while was selecting the card template to use as there were so many that they liked!!
Truprint have some great offers this month including up to £30 off Fathers Day gifts with the code LOVEMYDAD make sure you get ordering soon as you don’t want to miss the last day which is Monday 15th June
Now we just need to remind Erin that it is a secret as she is at that age of not being able to keep anything quiet. Just yesterday she stood in front of me saying did I know it was our Wedding Anniversary tomorrow and that they were busy doing secret things! Then she is asking me if I like chocolates and if I get any soon will I share!!
Disclosure: I was gifted credit to use the service.
