Girls party dresses for under £20

April 14, 2016 by EmmaB 2 Comments

This is the time of year that wedding season starts and we are no different with my cousin getting married at the end of the month.  It is a great time to get the family together and celebrate something wonderful.

However we all know that weddings and parties can be expensive for guests. when you start factoring in new outfits for everyone, travel costs getting to the venue now that families are often so geographically dispersed and of course the present for the occasion.  With wedding invitations starting to drop through the door and diaries filling up with lovely invitations it is time to start planning what to wear. There are always some great buys in House of Fraser and I have put together my favourite picks for girls to wear to any dressy occasion.  Wedding and parties is a time to channel party dresses and sparkly shoes and accessories. Erin loves dressing up in full skirts and dresses for a party in order for them to spin and twirl.  There is nothing much better than watching children having fun on a dance floor at family events.

Each of these outfits are under £20 which I think is fantastic and many are reduced with 50% markdowns and includes the brands Monsoon and Yumi.  Therefore you are really getting value for money with these kids clothing choices.

party dresses under 320
A pretty headband and pair of party shoes are usually enough to finish of the special outfit and show that this is a special occasion. The navy blue Yumi dress is just £20 and looks much more expensive with its chiffon overlay , it is also available in coral which is very much the colour of the season.  This dress goes up to age 13/14 so is also great if you like to dress siblings in the same dress.  I think it would look great to have two sisters rocking the same dress but in the two different colours.
Do you like these dresses and have you spotted any other great buys suitable for formal parties!

Oh I’m looking for some options at the moment for A. Now if you could do the same for my teen, who’s in adult clothing, I’d be most grateful 😉
