How to shop the sales easily

October 7, 2014 by EmmaB Leave a Comment

When I had a daughter as my first born I was thrilled that in the future I would have a shopping buddy.  Frankly buying clothes for girls is much more fun than buying for boys.  Over the past 15 years I dread to consider what I have spent on on clothes for the children, Chloe imparticular takes after her mother and has champagne tastes on a prosecco budget! But prosecco is all good in my books depending where you buy it from!

The same with clothes we are always on the lookout for a bargain and over the past few years we have found some great bargains.  I managed to bag Chloe a pair of Uggs at a great price a few years back and sale shopping is a hobby!  I like to feel that I have scored a deal!  I guess that is the money saving side of me! However it can be time consuming when i am trawling the internet rather than writing blog posts which is what I should be doing!  One thing I have already discovered about working freelance at home is that it is so easy to go off and start searching the net or getting into conversations on social media during my self imposed work hours!

This is where Love Sales is a your friend. The site is simple to navigate and can literally save you big money and who doesn’t want that especially in the run up to Christmas! Love Sales can be used two ways, firstly if you just want a bit on bargain online retail shopping use the site to show you what bargains they have found in the sales, it gives the original price and the sale price.  Likewise the site shares with you what sales are happening online and you can click through to the online store.  Today I found out that Kurt Geiger has a sale which is fab as I just treated myself to a little something! shhh

Another way of using the site which is pure genius is that when you are browsing any online shops and you think I need  want that *insert bag, shoes, coat as desired* you can simply click the ‘love sales button’ in your browser, which is super easy and takes about 30 seconds to set up, and you will then get a notification if the price changes or is included in the sale.

My teen would love this button as she knows what she likes but realises that she cannot always get what she wants at full price.  She is currently a little in love with Boohoo and I imagine she will get trigger happy and click away when I show her this function.  But it will mean that she gets more with her allowance.

Therefore this site is my friend because as I always say I may be money wise and like saving a pound or two but I don’t go without and I still wear designer and have nice things I just like to score a deal along the way!
