I am back with another way to secure high end beauty products are bargain prices. Last week I suggested contacting companies for beauty samples but I also buy magazines just to get their freebies.
I like trying new brands and women’s monthly magazines are normally awash the samples. I use these samples when I go away for the weekend or I keep them and add them to a little hamper that I will give the teenager at Christmas or on her birthday. I like getting make up this way too and find that mascara’s and nail varnishes are popular. I might have even bought three copied of a magazine before to collect all three items offered. One of my favourites is when Benefit makeup do a promotion.
When browsing the magazines this week I saw some great freebies including:
1) Nails Inc from Instyle magazines, there are three colours and these varnishes are worth £11 with the magazine costing £3.90.
2) Marie Claire are giving away will a free Aromatherapy Associates Skincare Set (cleanser, face mask and moisturiser) worth £13. I may have treated myself to this one!
3) ELLE magazine have Benefit Porefessional primer worth £8. This is a great primer and one I use regularly.

Do let me know if you have spotted any magazines freebies that are worth it. Incidentally I have discovered that if you subscribe to many of the magazines you don’t get the freebie. I think this is unfair but to me is a reason to buy from the supermarket as opposed to subscribing which first appears to be a cheaper option.
