If your child has decided that they want to have a new theme for their room, you can easily find something that will work. Hunt through the products on sale in your local DIY store for cheap paint that will fit into the theme. You might even be able to mix them to create the colour you want.
By painting one wall a different colour, you can create a separate area in the room to use as a den or activity area. If you cannot do the painting yourself, there will be local tradesmen who can paint the room for you at a reasonable price.

Using plastic containers for toys can be a good way to keep them tidy, and you can paint them to blend them in with the room or cover them with stickers. To create more space, you can always put containers in the wardrobe to keep things tidy and out of the way.
