Last week Becky and myself launched our new shiny linky. It is the opportunity to link up your bargain of the week. It could be charity shop find, an ebay win or something on sale or reduced somewhere. Anything that has made you fist pump with a smile when you have snagged a much wanted bargain.
I have two bargains this week one is a Fat Face ebay win. I managed to get Erin a lovely skirt for just a couple of pound. The skirt fits really and is in excellent condition, it will look fab for the winter with some chunky tights and warm jumper. I will share a picture once she has it on! My second bargain was a charity shop find. Erin is really into her dolls at the moment and is getting really imaginative playing with them. On my way home from my weekly visit to my grandad I stopped off at a relatively new charity shop. Everytime I have called in previously I have found a treasure and this week was no different. In the past I have bought a Warehouse jumper for me and also a Coast dress.
This time I managed to find two of the Disney princess dolls for £1.99 each. These usually cost about £11.99 each so they were a great find. There were a bundle of the dolls and they were dressed in their respective outfits. However some of the dolls had the wrong dresses on! I spotted both Merrida and Tianna and Tianna’s dress was on a Cinderella doll. I asked if I could swap the outfit to the correct doll and buy the two Erin has not got. The volunteer agreed and we quickly swapped the outfits to the right doll! The shoes were missing but that was all and those shoes are fiddly anyway and I often here my hoover sucking them up!
Now I have both of them ready to give to Erin. I was going to keep them and add them to her Christmas stocking but she has settled well into her class with her new teacher so I relented and let her have them now as a little treat.

Those dolls are a great find Emma. I’m totally going to need to go rummaging in our own charity shops for a bargain or two. Would certainly make Christmas a little easier on the bank balance!

What great bargains – I love fat face clothes for girls but the cost has always put me off will now have to keep an eye on ebay for deals.
