Ecozone The Amazing Plant-Based Cleaning Brand Review

Plant-based is certainly a catchword at the minute, it is everywhere you look from new food products, cleaning products and beauty products. But despite its current popularity plant-based is not new.

The Ecozone brand is new to SaveMoneyCutCarbon but is a well-established family company with 20 years of history. They make products that will help your family make those simple eco switches that we all want to make. Their plant-based cleaning products have no nasty chemicals and are suitable for vegans.

1. Ecozone Drain Sticks

The Ecozone drain sticks are a new innovation in effective drain maintenance. The sticks break down almost anything that gets through the plughole which causes blockages and bad smells in the kitchen and bathroom. Using powerful natural bacteria and enzymes the drain sticks will keep your drains free flowing and clean smelling. Each packet of drain sticks contains 12 sticks, enough to help prevent blockages and bad smells for 1 year.

The Ecozone drain sticks are simple to use, a few of mine were broken in their packaging but I was still able to pop them down the kitchen sink. Now with five of us in the household who often eat at different times, our sink can get grubby despite my best efforts. Water can sometimes sit and take a while to drain away and this is used by blockages.

The eco drain sticks help disperse the blockage and since using I have noticed the water draining quicker. The ecozone drain sticks also beat unpleasant odours that rise from the sink, I haven’t noticed any difference really ut we didn’t have a problem with smell anyway. We are all used to separating our recycling now and have different bins for different materials. However, we still have the need for our large kitchen bin. One thing I liked about these bags is that they are actually strong. I have tried other bags previously which split as I lift them out of the bin spilling my waste on the utility floor! These Ecozone bin liners do their job! They fit my bin really well and don’t split, so I will keep using these going forward!

3. Ecozone Pure Oxygen Laundry Whitening Tablets | 48 Tablets

These tablets are free from toxic chemicals, harnessing just the power of oxygen and natural ingredients. I have one word! School shirts! Having teen kids means that school uniforms and especially white shirts take a bit of a battering! I have 15 shirts to wash a week and the majority are white! The underarms and necks can especially get discoloured so I was really keen to see if these whitening tablets were up to the job, especially as they are chemical-free.

The result was great, I find the best thing with the shirts is to wash them all together and with nothing else, I like to make sure that I am not overfilling the washing machine. Saving money with these laundry hacks is not complicated!

4. Ecozone Anti-Limescale Magnoball for Dishwashers & Washing Machines

This clever Magnoball uses magnetic power to crystallize calcium particles in the water that’s used in your washing machine & dishwasher cycle.

Many of us live in hard water areas and this causes problems with our appliances as they get a build-up of limescale. Not only does this affect the performance of the appliance it reduces their longevity. However, it doesn’t have to be that way! Using the Magnoball keeps the washing machine limescale free. I have just bought a new washing machine and I want it to last therefore I need to take care of it.
