The weather has been glorious this past week and I am optimistic that it will stay like it for half term. This weekend is usually a hot one and I know this because I got married 15 years ago this weekend! It is also my husband’s birthday which is usually hot too! But back to being frugal!
My five fabulously frugal things has been quite easy this week!
- On a blogging level I am often asked how to get started. Therefore I have written a guide to getting started and buying your first hosting package. We have an exclusive offer with LCN which you can read about here. I love helping others save money!
- Secondly I have been shopping at Everything Five Pounds. Yes it is what is says! It is the place to buy ex top Shop, Ex M&S etc for just five pounds. It is an ideal place to get your holiday wardrobe and has both adults and kids clothes!
- Erin wanted an ice lolly after school the other day. Rather than pay over £1 for one from the strategically placed ice cream van. I walked a further 20 steps and bought a box of four from the local shop. This fed her and her friends for £1!
- I have also signed up to start mystery shopping once again. There are some great companies always looking for people to do mystery shops. You can see which companies I recommend in this post Debunking the Mystery in Mystery Shopping.
Five Fabulously Frugal Things I’ve Done This Week Linky Rules:
We’d love you to join in with us by sharing what frugal and thrifty things you’ve been up to this week. Whether it’s an Instagram picture (#5frugalthings), a blog post or even a video. Just add your link to the linky at the bottom of this post.
You don’t have to share five things you’ve done, anything thrifty or frugal that you’ve been doing is perfect.
We’d like to make this a great little community linky so it would be brilliant if you could comment on a couple of the other blog posts linked up. We’ll make sure that we comment on all posts and if you have a Pinterest friendly image then we’ll Pin your post to one of our boards too.
You’re more than welcome to copy and paste the badge above but it would be even better if you could let your readers know that you’re linking up with us by adding a little line to the bottom of your post like this one:
I’m linking up with Cass, Emma and Becky in this week’s ‘Five Fabulously Frugal things I’ve done this week linky.
