We live in a fast-paced world and with it has come fast fashion and fast trends. I have written before about how we can make a difference by reusing rather than just getting rid of things. We need to think smarter in our shopping habits too.

Now I like a bargain with the best of them but I only buy real bargains. Too often I see deals that are not really a bargain. When I make a purchase I like to get value for money. That doesn’t translate to cheap, which is often a false economy.
Take those jeans I bought that were cheap but wore out so quickly or the shoes that were not really well made and rubbed my feet. They were both a waste of my money. These days I know that I need to spend a little more to get both the quality and longevity I want. This is why I like sale or a voucher code as I am stretching my money rather than comprising on quality and buying cheap. It all about value.
