A few months back I started entering competitions again. It is a great hobby and I’ve always been lucky. I spend about an hour a day searching for and entering competitions. I will share my wins each month as I think it is inspiring and motivational for others plus it keeps me grounded when I look back and see how lucky I have been!
Creative competitions have far fewer entrants than those requiring an email address. This month, the creative comps have been the most successful for us.
Firstly we spotted a competition to win a luxury dog bed. Well our Cavachon is a pampered pup and Erin made a tik tok to enter and we won first place. The Omlet Topology bed is such high quality and we choose two toppers. I think you’ll agree how fab Lilly looks!
We also won a runner-up prize on another tik-tok comp with Compare the Market and Cafe Nero. The first prize was a coffee a day but there were also twenty runner up prizes of a coffee cup and Sergie soft toy.
Another prize was an instant win from Yakult, for this a purchase is necessary and there are a number of prizes. I won a four-month mindfulness subscription. I am really pleased with this as I am really focussing on my wellbeing.
The biggest win though was a long weekend break to Lloret de Mar with Jet 2 holidays. This was another creative comp and we made a video saying why we should be chosen. We uploaded our video and were thrilled to win. The prize was flights to Costa Brava, accommodation in L’Azure a 4 star hotel where we had spa access and all our meals.
